材料 :
芥兰 250克
咸鱼 适量
蒜头 适量
生姜 少许
调味:
盐
白糖
胡椒粉
绍兴酒

Ingredients (Diana Aw)
1. Kai Lan, separate the leaves and shread away the outer of the stem, then cut diagonally. Soak in salt water for 10min. Drain and set aside
2. Salted fish
3. Ginger, small piece. Smashed and slice thinly
4. Garlic 2 cloves, smashed and Clive thinly
Seasoning
1. Salt little
2. Sugar little
3. Pepper little
4. Shaoxing wine little
Method
1. Boil a wok of water with little salt, sugar and oil. Add in Kai Lan, once the water has reboiled, remove the Kai Lan and drain well.
2. Heat wok with little oil, fry the salted fish till golden brown under low heat. Set aside
3. Using the remaining oil, add in ginger and garlic and stir fry till fragrant.
4. Add in Kai Lan and do a quick mix. Add salt, sugar and pepper and mix. Add Shaoxing wine at the edge of wok and mix. Lastly add in salted fish and mix
5. Serve and enjoy! 💕
