瓦煲老鼠粉是马来西亚一个很受欢迎的粉类，
老鼠粉又称银针粉或米台目,是一种客家粉条。
肉末和老鼠粉用大火炒香之后，放到加热的瓦煲里继续煮滚，
让老鼠粉看起来更加诱人，上桌前磕入一只生鸡蛋，肯定让你垂涎三尺。
材料 A(腌制): Ingredients A (Marinate):
100~200克 猪肉碎 - 100~200g minced pork
1汤匙蚝油 - 1 tbsp oyster sauce
少许 胡椒粉 - dash of white pepper
少许油 - dash of Oil
少许薯粉 - dash of tapioca flour
材料 B: Ingredients B:
480克 老鼠粉/銀針粉 - 480g Lou Shu Fun / Silver Pin Noodle
少许 烧肉/猪肉 - dash of pork
100克 芽菜 - 100g beansprouts
50~60克 青菜 -50~60g vegetables
少许 芫茜 / 香菜 - dash of coriander / Chinese parsley
2~3 根葱 - 2~3 green onion
200ml 高汤 - 200ml Meat Stock
1茶匙 黑酱油/ 老抽 - 1 tsp black soy sauce
少许 酱油/老抽 - dash of soy sauce
½ 茶匙 盐 - ½ tsp salt
1茶匙 糖 - 1 tsp sugar
少许 胡椒粉 - dash of white pepper
1汤匙 蒜末 - 1tbsp minced garlic
1粒 鸡蛋 - 1 egg
