This is not just peculiar to Japan, it affects every country. There are some counties that look after these poor people well, and some countries that don't. I live in The UK, and I don't think we do it especially well here; it seems that Japan is doing it as well as they can. This is a bit of a 'Cinderella' speciality - everybody wants it done, but people aren't prepared to do it or pay for it? Care in the community sounds ideal, but who supports these poor people and enables them to lead a full life? Parents of physically and mentally disabled individuals do a fantastic job, but they are getting older and less able to do it, so the child suffers. I don't know the answer, but it inspires me to see the Japanese caring for their disabled members but, even they struggle to pay for it. It's a very sad situation, very very sad. My heart belongs to the people in your film, I really wish them happiness and the care they deserve. I send love from The UK.

its good to know the other people's opinion especially from overseas like you. because for me it seems that other places like your country the UK, the states and Euro countries have much better system about these health care program compared with here Japan. So it is very good chance to read this comment from you.
