In this video, Dr. Joe talked about 7 effective exercises for Chronic Pain. Many people are suffering from pain for more than 6 months. It could be musculoskeletal pain, back pain, stomach aches, etc. Many studies have shown that pain affects the brain turning it into a painful brain. It occurs in chronic pain patients because the wirings of the brain are altered making it more susceptible to pain intolerance and free of movement. Fear comes from the fact that the patient will worry if any movement will make the pain worse, therefore ending up not moving at all. To tackle the pain brain, we need to exercise to change the wiring. Dr. Joe will teach you how to exercise for chronic pain! In addition, he talked about why vitamin D is important for chronic pain.
