江坂駅周辺はハンズを中心とした商業施設や企業のオフィスが数多くあり常に賑わいを見せている。また伊丹空港や新大阪駅、大阪駅へのアクセスもよく住宅地としてのマンションが立ち並んでいます。

The area around Esaka Station is always bustling with many commercial facilities and corporate offices centered on Hands. It also has good access to Itami Airport, Shin-Osaka Station, and Osaka Station, and is lined with condominiums as a residential area.
