今天第一次煮肉骨茶,好吃药材味夠浓郁。外面的肉骨茶大多数都是咸,味道不浓郁和清淡,吃完后还很口渴。谢谢Aunty and uncle .

Aunty, thank for your video. During the 70, my 4th aunty will come to my house and cook bak kuh te almost every fortnight. The spices were from scratch. How I miss it. I have never tried another bak kuh te. But I believe my 4th aunty’s bak kuh te is the best. I am so used to the aromatic of the bak kuh te, any other bak kuh te that is not up to par, I will not buy it. That why I have never tried any other bak kuh te. Thank again for your hard work

I brought A1 ba ku teh satchet to the UK and am cooking it. Oh my god, I should have watched Autie's advice before I make my ba ku teh because I made so many mistakes. I parboiled my pork with 滚滚热水, and put 7 bulbs of garlic with skin removed. Lesson learned. Will repeat with Auntie's techniques 🙂
Thanks for sharing so sincerely n it's nice to see a down to earth couple who is able to agree to disagree. We learn not only cooking from u but also husband wife interaction n respect for each other.
