清水 4-5湯匙
Faux Shark's Fin Soup (serving for 7-8)
Ingredients:
Ginger slice 4-5pc
Dried mushroom 30g
(mushroom soaking
water 250ml)
Fungus 30g
Vermicelli 1pack
Pork 230g
Water 800ml
Chicken soup 500ml
Egg 1pc
Seasoning:
Huadiao wine 1tbsp
Salt 1tsp
Sugar 1tsp
Soy sauce 2tsp
Dark soy sauce 2tsp
Thickening:
Water chestnut flour 4-5tbsp
