This year 2024 marks ODA 70th anniversary in Thailand. Commemorating the anniversary, Dr.Kanyarat Chiewvech, Director of The Office of Extension and Training Kamphaengsaen, Kasetsart University, gave us a special message. Dr. Kanyarat talks about JICA's assistance to empower agricultural officers and women for rural development in Thailand and other countries, including African countries.
