That area gets real popular in the early spring and late fall. White, hybrid bass when they're making a run up river. They say some walleyes are found there too but I've never gotten any. I hung a few hybrids over 12 lb last Fall, light tackle (4 lb test, 7'6" UL rod). Most were 2-7 lb. Usually get a few crappie along the rock bluffs, where the trees are. Love the area. Real pretty.

Awesome job Garrett! I was out also and only caught one on a jig at 18.75" i forgot my gloves and didn't stay long🥶

We have been vacationing at Greers Ferry since I was a kid. ❤ this lake!! We bring our ski boats. I think this time we are going to try some fishing. I’m just now getting into and watching KZbin videos with bass fishing. I know my ski boat is not the best boat to fish out of but I thought about grabbing some poles and a few different baits and just have some fun on the swim platform. I just don’t what the best baits would be in the beginning of Aug. any help would be appreciated.
