It may be a slum, but it seems like it's filled with happiness. The kids smile a lot and seem very safe. I'll bet there's not much loneliness there. How many conversations do you imagine each person there has in a day?

Actually the place is not bad just an ordinary people with good heart where you can walk peacefully no is harassing you just get on there own day to day business love it

I had the honor of visiting the Philippines in the '90s and had such an amazing experience. As an American, we were warned about the threat of being kidnapped or killed because of the Muslims in the north but, I had an uneventful visit and remained safe. It was AMAZING! The people were the best and the country was gorgeous.

I'm just lucky that I don't live in that kind of place.. I live near the ocean and has a beautiful surroundings a lot of coconut trees. But even if most Filipinos are poor. But still, in other side, We are so very friendly and have a good positive attitude. And Philippines has a lot of tourist spots that's why many foreigners coming here to visit to see the beautiful places here...

The only danger is being from a different slum and attempting to walk into another, the people who live in Happyland and Aroma Tando Manila are super friendly and welcoming to people who are passing through or vlogging and they normally won't harm you unless someone does something out of character to them or they are disrespectful, respect goes a long ways , i have walked all through Happyland many times and lived in Aroma Tando Manila with my wife and her Family and no one bothered me even though I was a Foreigner living amongst them, i have some of my best recent memories from Aroma and Happyland and have friends who live in both places, i hope to make it back to visit my friends and wife's family. And when people tell vloggers that its dangerous pay it no mind as long as your respectful and dont act scared you'll be ok .
