What you need t do is put the two files into you Maps> Mp> Gamemods folder then delete the one that will say _Clientids and replace it with them.... if needed I can post a tutorial tomorrow

Yes you need a RGH its a modded console that can run homebrew content. They can be expensive or you can buy send out's. You can buy one from lewis.hacks.5 on facebook and you will never get it for free
