When cutting small pieces of wood, there are times when they are not suitable for miter saws or band saws.
This is because the RPM of the blade is too high and dangerous.
There are cases where we cut it with a jigsaw, but it is difficult to cut it along the line if you put the board underneath and cut it with a jigsaw.
The way to solve all of this is to hang the jigsaw upside down and look at the reciprocating of jigsaw's blade with your own eyes.
For this purpose, I made a basic box-shaped frame, and mounted the jigsaw by hanging it upside down.
Basically, the jigsaw has a small bearing so that the blade does not push back.
Because the blade reciprocates in the table shape, I made a guide with two bearings to fix the blade once more at the top of the table. It keeps the blade from being pushed back, while also fixing it so that it doesn't move from side to side.
The knob handles are fitted to adjust the position to match the height of the board.
And I also added the ability to cut out the original. Two circular rings were made to fix the large ring to the board I wanted to cut, and the small ring moved on the table to adjust the size of the circle to be cut.
Two rings were inserted to fix the board adjust the distance, and operate the jigsaw to make it easier to cut the circle.
And on the side of the jigsaw table, the existing dust collector hose was made detachable with a magnet to prevent dust from coming out as much as possible through the dust collection inside.
It's a great work for cutting and cutting simple materials.
Thank you.
