Thanks for this! I am 57 and beginning with trampoline. Just 2 questions: what happens if I do it without shoes, and I have plantar fasciitis in my right foot. Is there any contraindication to rebound because of it? Thanks 😊

It's more stimulating to the foot without shoes.. If I jump without shoes to compensate I will have to jump on the balls of my foot and will feel the workout a lot more on the calf muscles... It's easier to jump with shoes trying to keep the feet primarily flat
