When I heard this I felt as if Jill had wrote about a conversation she had with me. Every word embodies who I've been and where I am going. What I've experienced personally. I felt as if my best friend took one of our conversations and put me on blast ever so tastefully.

Now 43. I discoverd Ms. Jill Scott when I was 19-20 or so. I listened to her debut album front to back and back again. Her music, poetry and artistry is simply beautiful. To this day, she's one of the most beautiful souls I've discovered.

Beautiful . This is my idea of a perfect woman , I may never meet her in this life or the next but her music moves me to a point where I think she is reading my mind ! My attraction to her transcends the sexual and takes me to a place where I can see the beauty in all black women , especially the one that I have been blessed by God and Her to be called My Empress !!!!!
@Streets0fLondon2 жыл бұрын
Im sorry but I feel like that you think, here of all places, under this poem, it’s appropiate to make phrases about „perfect women“.. I feel like you need to listen to the poem again and understand why I think that’s not the time and place. If there ever was any time and place where it’s appropriate to say women have to have this and that attributes to be perfect. Also I know you said this 10 years ago so lots could have changed in your opinion, I’m just leaving this here as a general thought.
@baldheaddread322 жыл бұрын
@@Streets0fLondon I think you misinterpret my thoughts ......then and now perfection is based on the "completeness" of an individual and their ability to recognise their perfect imperfections ........I may have been a bit linear in what I wrote (even now because in using the word "completeness" I'm placing unintentionally a geometric form to an abstract thought.........in essence ......I agree with what you're saying as well...........Salutations.

I always tell men that if you are having casual sex with a woman she is doing it because she is broken. There was something or someone in her past that broke her heart so bad to the point that she accepts having casual sex because either she has number herself to the point that she has blocked getting emotional or she will accept any comfort from a man because she is lonely. The majority of women like this don't have a strong male role model that reinforces her being worthy of love. I know alot of men don't care and sleep with a woman because she is easy but would they want their daughter or sister, or mother being treated this way.

@Young Legend Dear sister, i just wrote a poem about women's worth and strength and beauty and purity and all there is to them, and it happened that i needed to find a voice of a broken woman in me so i can perform it. And i happen to like going through the comment section to see how people receive this content, i came across yours and that is exactly my conversations to my friends. And always call me gay for airing out how i feel about the mistreatment of somebody else's daughter. I love you and thank you very much for this. kOMAPE SEMENYA FROM SOUTH AFRICA.
@23BronxBomber4 жыл бұрын
@@komapegamaliel3250 Actually there's a big difference between being sexually LIBERATED, and being sexually EXPLOITED. Don't confuse the two, as a lot of women tend to do so. If a grown woman consents to casual sex, that means she made a conscious adult decision to partake or submit herself to the act. That doesn't mean she was mistreated just because there was no emotional attachment on the opposite end. Sex is apart of life. You're either with it or you're not. Either way it's an ADULT decision.
@23BronxBomber4 жыл бұрын
Women who submit to casual sex, make the conscious decision to consent to doing so. Just because a guy doesn't want to fall in love with them doesn't mean she was deprived or mistreated. In other words, just because there's no emotional attachment on the opposite end, doesn't mean she was mistreated. Especially when she willingly participated. Men don't have any control over their daughters, sisters, or mothers bodies once they are GROWN. So if they choose to partake in such acts, they know that THEY are the ones making the conscious adult decision to do so. Don't claim victim mentality when you're not as desired as you think you are.
