If it is where Wesker elbows Sheva out of the way, that's RE5 and the cutscene is where Jill is revealed. But I think you are talking about the clip where Wesker has his glasses off and he has his "serious face" XD That would be Darkside Chronicles and it would be one of the endings in the Leon/Krauser story.
