Now I don't know 100% if he cheated in this match but it is likely.

I know this guy, i played against him too, multiple times. I also recorded and uploaded his hacks on youtube. I even posted the links on his channel and he denied everything, of course :D. He had a different name on my games, but it's him. It's kinda funny considering that he started to post some matches of his own, talking about his ranks like if they were legit.

Some can be legit, especially if they play on console. A lot of people have really high ranks on console compared to PC (and for some reason perform worse). Depends on the person, but cheating is way more frequent on PC.
