Thank you Jillian. Your are an inspiration to many of us who struggle with our weight. I started with weight training and aerobics when I turned 40 and my body looked amazing and I felt great. I am 66 now and throughout the years I have had some setbacks but want to get myself back in shape. I know I have to start slow. There are many Seniors in this world. I wish there was a Jillian Michaels video for us boomers. I know you are not there yet but wish I could find someone to help us older gals. Love you, Estella

I love her so much, I had an almost identical childhood. Only child, lonely, and an overweight parent. I also hit around 160 when I was 12 or 13 and went through a dark period as well. Her workouts are amazing and I'm glad there are people like her out there who prove that discipline and ambition can take you to great places.
