49:30 Adam is interexchanging Keto, with Clean Keto, with NSNG with Low-carb, with Carnivore. For anyone wondering; Low-carb is considered less than 150 grams of carbs per day, Keto is 30 grams of carbs or less, Clean Keto is the same but none of the keto junk food is allowed (think keto cookies, keto bread, diet coke, keto bread, keto dressings), NSNG is No Sugars No Grains (very close cousin of clean keto but even cleaner with less processed foods and very selective about which veggies are allowed). Carnivore is basically zero carbs, just protein and good animal fats. Vegetables, beans, dairy, fruits all have some carbs which can easily add up if you consume too much of them (and it's easy to do so), enough to knock you out of whichever diet your're trying to follow. But even the previously mentioned diets that allow for some carbs, as Jillian mentioned "good quality carbs", she's talking about some vegetables, even fewer fruits, and some nuts in moderation; not toast or noodles, or an orange. None of these diest will allow you to consume bread, potatoes, pasta, honey, or any carbs that are super high carb. You can avoid carbs all day and think that you are low carb or keto, but if your only meal is a large pulled pork sub with honey bbq and a bottle of beer, that's easily over 250 grams of carbs, and suddenly you're not participating in any diet that's supposed to avoid carbs.

I think the law is that if there's more than $500 damage you have to report it to the police in theory, but since California is basically Mexico laws aren't applied in any reasonable or fair way. I had two collisions in CA where the other parties were at fault. No cops involved. Got my insurance settlements with no problems. The only thing the cops show up for are parking violations.

I totalled my work vehicle (Deer) ...Thought I was going to lose money on it because it was paid for. But my Insurance policy replaces my vehicle with one thats 2 years newer and because vehicle prices are high. I made out like a bandit. Especially 6 months ago..Vehicle prices have came down a little since then.
