I been doing Jillian Michael’s workouts for years when 30 day shred came out and I swear she’s the only one that gets my body right where it needs to be. It’s tough but you gotta think about the results. It will definitely pay off!

100000% agree. She's my one and only trainer, no other workouts do what these do to me! And no other trainer motivates me more than Jillian.

I have been doing her 30 day shred again for the past 2 weeks. I did it when it came out in 2010 and I swore by it. Incredible results!

I'm a depressed mess that is going to the doctor (again) for bad health. I can barely do anything without draining myself but I pushed myself to do this workout and I finally feel proud of myself (first time in almost 3 weeks). Thank you so much!! On a different side note, we have the same birthday!!

I was suffering from fatigue after getting shingles and wanted to do a short work out to pump myself up and bring my energy level up a little, this really helped and so easy to follow! Thank you!

thank you for this exercise. It was easy enough for me to follow and that allowed me to enjoy the exercise and appreciate the movement and power behind it. I want to get active again but most that I know takes a lot of exertion and that makes me focus less on the enjoyment. This one helped me a lot.

DAY 1: 6/17/24 Loved it! Perfect! Not too intense, not too unintended. It's a great beginner set. Gonna use this for the rest of the week. ❤🎉

Hi Jillian Love love love your vidéo and how they are so useful. Of course all tips or hint for sleeping issue will become. I'm in menopause and believe me it's hell and I refuse to take medication to get sleep. Amazing work! Keep up the good work!👍😉🤗😘

I know I should advance on bur I just love this one. Even though I do it almost daily I feel body getting stronger as I'm really amping up the speed and intensity. I'm still getting winded. Just a great little workout or warm up in general.

I like the low-impact workout, turns out the muscles supporting my knees are not strong enough to do that and I'm building that strength back. I will try this today, I'm hitting the gym soon. Thank you!

Thank you so much for this beginner HITT! 🖤🖤 I gained a ton of weight because I had a change in my meds for my chronic illnesses. I also had covid so my body is back to square one and so is my fitness level 😩

I love this work out! Really is a great beginner video. I do regular jumping jack's personally when she says to do the modified version i don't have issues with my knees, just gotten out of shape.. It's only 10 minutes goes by quick! Good work out for beginners, especially if you are going as fast as you can go. I am going to try to build up to doing this work out 2 times a day. I am also eating a lot healthier(currently doing a 10 day green smoothie cleanse as well by JJ smith) Hoping I can get off this 20 pounds I gained from bad eating habits and being lazy. I have already lost 3 pounds in 5 days!)I am happy for free work outs like these. With anxiety, i was bad at hitting the gym didn't want to go when there was too many people. I pay for premium so I don't have to deal with the ads, as they were interrupting my work outs. ( you get a free month trial people on top of that for the youtube premium, so I recommend!) Thank you Jillian! I plan to try your work out videos, once I get in better shape. I may even try your meal plans after my cleanse.

Feeling hopeful as a person with asthma.. First time watching a HIIT video. All of the pauses between exercises allow time to breathe unlike most workouts I've tried and failed. This might be worth trying.

Is this enough for a person just starting their weight loss journey, or should I add this to 20mins+ of working out?

At the beginning it's enough do it at least 5 times a week. When it gets easier do the video 2 times 5 times a week. I also recommend having another workout of the same length and intensity to keep yourself from getting bored and to avoid overuse injuries.

Wounds like you can go into maintenance mode! if you are happy with where you're at, then you generally just want to burn the same amount of calories that you are taking in (so no deficit and no surplus.) i have a blog that i think will help you if you'd like to check it out! www.jillianmichaels.com/blog/weight-loss/hit-your-weight-loss-goal-heres-how-maintain-it

As a woman in my 50’s I’ve been focusing mainly on strength training. I know I should also be incorporating some HIIT a few times a week too but I loathe it. There’s usually so much up and down with burpees, mountain climbers, etc that I get so nauseated. Usually I just end up laying on the floor trying not to puke. I’ll try this one this week, this looks like something I could do. Maybe.

So you don’t actually start the exercise she says until the count down to zero correct? You’re resting until then?

that's right!! there is a 10 second count down between each move to allow you time to prepare, and once you see me, that's when the time starts.
