He’s super funny. He’s a talented comedian & he should do more movies nowadays. He has a very recognizable voice and him & Tom Hanks work well together

I was this particular taping because my crazy uncle joe work security at the ny colosseum and , he’s old school Bronx Irish , he saw someone wearing at Dave Letterman jacket at the event ,he brought up , how he liked the late night news year baby skit, the guy said he wrote it, remember someone yelling jumping jack flash, always Rremember it was Jim belishi , I wasn’t sure it was the show I attended, never forget watching the Clips from the Fury , I can’t believe I found it all these years

What was the SNL clip of? Just curious -- the audience was howling, but I can't think of many howl-worthy skits from that era that featured Jim in the main role.

He’s in a public restroom and sees Gary Kroeger stuff a paper towel down his pants to make him seem more “manly,” thus increasing his chances to pick up women there. So Jim notches it up 20,000 degrees and ends up walking back into the public room with a blimp-sized appendage.

Steve B., is probably Steve Beshekas, also a friend of John's, he worked his name into SNL sketches. This was, I believe the season Jim was fired and rehired by Dick Ebersole.
