He made the same mistake though that lots of actors did - took political sides in a really vocal way. Casting directors, producers, pay attention to "has this person eliminated half the movie-going population who vote?" if the answer is yes, it's a business decision from there. Bob Deniro is another example. It's 100% fine to have political leanings but there are ways to go about it without making film investors become leery to hire you for projects that need to make money - from as many moviegoers as possible.

Jims the only guy that could talk with his ass and Americans would vote him as president. He's so consistent and when he's serious talking everyone listens because they are shocked he can act normal and speak well.

Fast Forward 2022. Jim Carrey is a breath of fresh air. ha ha He is so dang FUNNY !!! Seriously, with what's going on in the WORLD today, these old interviews & videos are a much needed distraction once in a while. We all could use a much needed & robust LAUGH. Good adult comedy. K Bergman

I love how Jim (my freaking idol along with Robin growing up... Even now) is always moving so fast, and you can just tell with how long it takes Leno to react to the glass breaking. This man was every "ADHD" kids Jesus.
