You don't have to give up metal when you have kids. When my son was a baby and we would go on a trip. It was metal that would calm him down when he'd get upset. My wife would play Praise and Worship to try to calm him down, nope! I put on Dio and he was calm and smiling.

cherish everyday and don't miss a thing, my girls turn 18 & 19 in a few months and it feels like it all went by in a matter of a couple years. when they ask to play, do out and play. never worry about dropping everything to spend some more time with them.
