Opie talking about his life as a kid, it sounds like every kids’ dream. Instead of using it as fun for good jokes, he has to play the “I know what it’s like to struggle” when jn reality his dad was a maniac and had a bunch of kids and they all managed with eachother bc the parents kept them all together in a house…. I used to use hamburger buns for a pbj if I had to that day. I’m not trying to say that my life was harder with the powdered milk too, I’m saying it was fun as hell… Any friend with a single sibling or none their age would love being with us. Opie’s family would even take kids in…. You can’t be struggling to feed your kids and taking in other kids
