OLE SammyOLE Too many promotions try to be "ECW Lite". They remember all the weapons and highspots and copy it move for move. They forget ECW also had great wrestling. Guys like Lance Storm and Eddie Guerrero always put on great matches when they wrestled. These cheap promotions don't have that great wrestling product

"Mark" as a term in wrestling comes from the carnival days of pro wrestling. When the carny folk would spot someone who had a lot of money and was dumb enough to think spending $20 dollars to "win" a $2 prize at one of the stalls, the vendor would secretly rub chalk on his palm then pat him on the back to congratulate him leaving a mark on the "mark" to let the other gypsies and carny folk know that this guy has money and its easy to get a few dollars out of him...
