Said it before, saying it again: if Ryback had made it big anywhere else after WWE, maybe he wouldn't come off has having sour grapes. Every time he opens his mouth I'm reminded of another guy: Alex Riley. Who also blamed his problems on WWE, also never made it big anywhere else, and also said championships were props. And I know some people will defend Alex and that's great. But you know what's not a great idea? If you're already being buried, and then you do things like talk bad about a women's champion, just because you can't get a title. If I was being buried and I knew it, I'd keep my mouth shut, except when it was time to ask for a release so I could go somewhere else and prove them wrong. But when you sit at home and complain, it doesn't make them miss you or regret losing you. It makes them think they were right to get rid of you. And it seems that way in both cases so far. And hey, if Jericho still thinks Ryback is great, put him in AEW and see how that goes. Personally I wouldn't risk it, but Jericho has survived worse ideas, I'm sure.

Brian needs to work on his reading comprehension. As Jim said, in the context of Mark Henry's quote it doesn't make any sense for Mark to say that the politics got him to the top so even if Mark wrote "it was the politics that got me to the top"; he obviously meant "it was not the politics that got me to the top". Mark may have accidentally left out the word "not" but it's clear that he meant to say not.
