Love the Nasty Boys not the best technical wrestlers but man their look, they came off as tuff street punks. Also at this time no one looked like them either. Yeah they were only good with some tag teams most that were hard hitting or did not mind working stiff. Like LOD, Harlem Heat, Steiner Brothers, I could even see them if they had stayed in okay shap working with in the late 90s and early 2000s the Dudley Boyz, the APA doing hard hitting blody matches only seen in the NWA. Matches that would have made the matches the Dudley Boyz had with the Hardy Boys and Edge and Christian look like schoo yard tiffs.

Tag team wrestling seems to be kind of an "up and down" thing to me, for whatever reason. Whether it's due to the quality of tag teams at a particular time, or just the promoters of whatever company having varying levels of interest in it, I don't know, but it seems like you can always point to different times or eras in a company and say either "oh, tag teams were hot then" or "they weren't so good then." Personally I think tag teams should always be emphasized, because in my opinion a well-booked tag team match is one thing that always works.
