Give me WWE ref's any day lol They're animated in the right way. They try to sell that this is a struggle that's going on and they actually punish you if you break the rules in front of them (most of the time). AEW refs are there to count 3 or take a submission call and pretend to know what they're doing until that happens. I'll also take WCW referees before the end of 1999.

Joe was great in this, Lethal too, once they get Great Value Khali out of the match. A pity Joe has been booked like complete garbage this entire time. Of course, at the same time, he was off filming the Twisted Metal series. Lethal and his group is now stuck in a feud with the Jobber Friends, so they are DOA.

This match should've been on first and as long as Claudio vs Gresham and Claudio vs Gresham should've been 2nd last (coin toss explanation) and for the amount of time that this match was. I understand Gresham being so pissed but he should've known Claudio was getting that world title the day he got hired but it should've meant more instead of looking like the ending of John Morrison vs Austin Aries.

Seems Tony Khan did a very good job promoting this PPV. DbD did better numbers than the last ROH PPV and is one of the biggest shows in buys, tickets and exposure in ROH history. So it seems like they did just fine.
