Same. Gotta give the little geek credit, he's good. Damn good. Massively overrated though. Was just telling someone else, wouldn't even b in my top 50.
@chadk8904 жыл бұрын
@@dirtmcgirt8269 That's a bit of a stretch as to not put him in the Top 50. If he's not Top 50 then Will and Jada Pinkett Smith have a perfect marriage. Austin, Bret, Flair, Sting, all think highly of his ability. Randy Savage wanted to work with him in the WWF according to his brother Lanny. Attitude aside he was good. The guy seems to have changed so who am I to judge? People forgave Hogan right?

@@James-xx4kb I agree that he was a great worker, but if I would have to create my own dream wrestling company, I wouldn't choose him. I don't see him bringing anything unique to the table, I don't think he ever had "it". I would rather have some obscure, but remembable midcarder like I.R.S or Adrian Adonis in place of him. To me he is probably the most bland champ before WWE became a limited company. Yes he knew how to work, but wrestling is much more about presentation than skill. Goldberg, Warrior & Hogan were clearly worse workers, but they were bigger champions, because they had the presense. Michaels felt like a jobber, who for some reason always won in the end.

Bret mentioned in his book Shawn threatening to fire Vader if he stiffed him again, and he wrote you had to be careful with the monsters in the business. They could destroy guys like Bret and Shawn anytime they wanted and were doing them a favor by letting guys like Shawn and Bret beat them.
@alexd2555 Жыл бұрын
Shawn went to Vince and buried him anyway, looking back Vader should’ve beat the breaks off of him.

I couldn't agree more when Jim talks about the sterile stage entrances where everyfuckinbody has to do their exact walk down the aisle and pose and do the same goddamn thing every time they come out. What are they robots? It's so infuriating when two wrestlers are in a heated feud but once they come out they have to do their signature posing. Bullshit.

@@thworldisyours I think I might agree with you. I was a big HBK fan, and I didn’t think there was anyway he was getting out of that match with the victory. Combined with Kane’s intro, what a great time that match was.
