It's because Christmas and Hanukkah fall around the same time. A Jewish dude won a sweater on the show and made Jimmy feel awkward about it being a Christmas and not Hanukkah sweater. They might change the segment's name to '12 days of Holiday sweaters' and include Jewish themed sweaters next year to avoid being offensive, and to be inclusive of all holidays.
