As a retired Navy veteran and commercial truck driver that delivers to Space X (Vandenberg & KSC @ Roberts Rd) both require being a US citizen, clean background, 2 photo IDs just to get into the perimeter to deliver equipment, stainless etc. With the materials and government contracts that Space X works with, there shouldn't be anyone on the payroll that couldn't pass a Secret FOUO background check at any given point of the HR hiring process.

Legal Immigrants are protected under labor law and the Immigration and nationality act of 1952. SpaceX may be violating some of these people's rights. DOJ exists to investigate and potentially prosecute should any violations occur. If Jim Jordan doesn't like that, then Jim Jordan can propose new laws that suit his fancy. The DOJ can only Follow the law - not make it.
