In PH, we need to submit copy of birth cert (proof of citizenshop) and another government ID, to register as a voter. If available ID address does not match current residence, you need to submit a local certification from local government (barangay) as supporting proof of residency. ... how do you do it in USA?

Worse than that is when one goes to a store they've never been to, buys a $5-10 item, and wants to write a check for that item. If they will take the check, you can be sure that they want to see some ID, such as a current driver's license.

Nowdays we need ID for everything.. it does not bother me at all to be asked for ID. Why should it. They don't know me . If a repairman/ woman comes to my house I want to see ID. My friend who was a rocker with long hair said that he was going to "watch a unique public gathering" and ssid that "he didn't want to be alone" when we were eating at a fastfood restaurant. I said that I didn't feel like doing anything other than go home, but he talked me into it. When getting there I couldn't believe my eyes, and I just stood back and observed. I don't preach hate or be hateful to others and it was awkward and unpleasant. Do you remember how I said that people tried to changee back then? Well that's one of the ways. The long haired rocker guy that I was with is also Hawaiian and the matter still confuses me. It was a matter of circumstances. Other similar things used to happen bsck then like being at a concert and domeone throwing me into the mosh pit which oddly enough I grew up to be very good at. The 80s were really spontaneous. But sgain I say no to involvement. Teo days sgo I proved that to be true when a black gal spoke to me at Sunray shopping center and we hugged just like when the same happened to me days earlier from that. I just go along spontaneously unless it's an awkward or unpleasant situation. If I don't like it I won't concern myself with it and I'll stand back and stay out of matters - and I avoided that guy who took me to that gathering from that point on. Actions speak louder than words - and that's Sunray shopping center for an surveillance investigations. Thanks, Dan Sideen. PS.
