In CA, the dems constantly send voter registration forms to everyone who gets any kind of govt aid. I have health insurance through California and I've gotten 3 different voter registration forms already. They have a box you can check that says, "You're afraid to give your address." (because of ICE probably) So this is what is happening.

I can tell you during primaries here in VA we had one of the democrat canvassers(?) (the people who stand outside the polls during elections) try to get us to register someone during the June primary. We do allow same-day registration, but after a couple minutes of someone acting as translator (he spoke no English), we asked if he was a US citizen. It turns out he's a permanent resident.
