Uploading this video does not in any way condone the actions of the presenter. The show, however, was the mainstay of family viewing in the 1970s.
If you like this show, please subscribe to my channel @RockmineArchive
Dug out of my digital archive for inclusion in the update to my ePub, "Rock and Pop on Television", published in 2012. It's a daily almanac of TV shows with music content that includes 27,000 entries listing 50,000 named tracks and runs to 2,948 pages. The book can be searched by song, group/artist, show or presenter. It's available on the Apple Book Store for £ 6.99.
New inclusions for the update are still being added but you'll get an idea of what I'm adding by looking at www.rockmine.co...
If there's something you think I should upload to KZbin as it's not already here, please let me know.

Wow. The first ever episode, I would have thought it had been lost to time. Like you say in the description, a piece of history is detached from the presenter.

This show started a few days after I suffered the trauma of Leeds losing the European Cup Final and it cheered me up no end.

People today describe jimmy Saviles behaviour as an open secret, whatever that means. People in showbiz say they knew what Savile was really like. Why did so many top stars agree to appear on Jim ll Fix It? If they knew what was going on, behind the scenes, surly they could have refused?

Creepy how he was into little Vanessa and kissing, sure most probably thought that he was just trying to be nice but now it looks creepy.

Starting the show with kids getting in and out of middle aged mans Rolls Royce being totally normal, the guy really knew what he was doing, didn't he?

This has been archived for years. BBC has a lot of Jim’ll fix it content still existing, however the only way to access most of it is to contact them directly and pay for a digitised clip. In order to do this though you must have been associated with the production of said content or be closely related to anybody who was

10:10 Ewwww! And I wonder what those who were on this episode now think? Also, can you imagine a TV show having opening credits lasting 100 seconds, these days? Plus 60 seconds at the end, and NOT talked over?!
