Jim Montgomery explains why he was furious with Bruins players at Monday's practice

Head coach Jim Montgomery did not like how the Bruins ended Saturday's win over the Flyers, and he did not like how the team started Monday's practice. So he really gave it to players on the practice ice and made everyone do rushes.

We've seen how good the Bruins can look, so seeing the sloppiness and lack of paying attention to details has to be frustrating. Good for Monty.

Boston fan since early 1960's, their underwhelming that s year at times, they need to be hyper competetive, thats easily said, but its about desire to win thise 50/50 puck battles that seem unimportant, they need to show hunger and determination. Cmon guys. Go B's.

Bruins are a mediocre team that only looks good on paper because they have so many points from OT losses. THEY ARE STILL LOSSES. They have less wins than some 4th place teams. Thru 72 games: 41-16-15 (41-31). They are 9-15 in OT
