Jim's Famous Rope Gag

The stiff yet flexible shanks are what make my gag bit so unique and unconventional. The rope's resistant body allows the shank to bounce back like a rubber shank. It slows down and muddles the inconsistencies of the rider's hands. The horse feels comfortable, and therefore receptive to training.

Hello! Just from personal experience, I am not involved in the company, but the little black button that you see just below the ring slides up and down. It take a bit of pressure to move it and it’s pretty tight, however if you really grab it with your forefinger and thumb it will move. It adjusts well and holds in place also
