Chevy is a jerk. Love how Jim ignored him when chase pretended not to know who Buddy Ebsen was and that Zsa Zsa Gabor was in The Hillbillies. Not to mention Chase's digs about Varney being a mountaineer. By all accounts, Jim was a nice fellow. And Chevy is an ass. Not even that funny.

I was just about to reply with, "well, he was pretty well known and recognized in his time..." ...but then I had a think, remembered all the things I'm STILL learning about the guy, he was a Shakespeare trained actor!!! And most people will only ever know him for Ernest, which isnt a bad thing, he continues to entertain millions. Its just.....youre absolutely right, there wasnt enough hours in the day for Jim to show us all of his talents. Im just glad we got to see the ones we did. Miss you Jim. The world is a little less funny without you... Also Dr Otto is my spirit animal!!!

@@leftylou6070 It's really not that hard. There are various tunings, but DAD is a common one. The frets are spaced to avoid sharps or flats. @@illnickdotcom seemed more like he was responding glibly to the question. And the upstaging comment seemed like inside joke with the actress, hence the wink at the camera. I got the impression that Chevy was talking down to Jim the entire time, including the question about the seats, which comes off like a real insider prick brag only someone in-the-business would make. The whole interview seemed like an attempt to make Jim seem out of place or like he didn’t belong. The crack about “kids love ya”… repeatedly calling him a hillbilly with that stank on it. Jim was able to judo roll all of it. Water off a duck’s ass. Maybe you’ve never had an entitled slob with connections and status talk down about your humble roots, but we know it when we hear it.
