I’m not sure I’ve seen anything from Tottenham fans other than calm though. Everyone seems so emotionally scared from years of disappointment that they don’t dare to dream out of fear of heartbreak if the miracle weren’t to happen. Everyone knows City are still the big favourites to come storming home but the fact is Tottenham are currently the leading contender in the title race be it only a quarter of the way into the season. One game at a time with fingers crossed!

I very much doubt that Spurs will win the title this season. Our squad is too weak still and needs further upgrading. We are one or two injuries away from a loss of form. Ange has returned us to a fast high pressing attacking game and we have bought some exciting young players. Top four would be an excellent outcome given where we were at the end of last season. In that light I'd be happy with any European place.

I think you're opinion is spot on....we need a better depth of squad, I cant see us lasting the distance this season for the title but top 4 is definitely on! A good couple of additions in January will help! Regardless, what Ange has done already bodes very well for the future at Spurs! Plus the big bonus is the fact that the quality of football is so much better than last year! Ange said there will be setbacks.....of course there will be but he wont let players underperform for too long! As a Spurs fan I'm delighted. Ange....thank you ❤

I think that’s spot on mate, however, Leicester did it with Kante Vardy and Mahrez so why can’t we do it with Bissouma Son and Maddison, if they stay fit and I think Ange is mindful hence he takes them off around 75 mins, we could do it but European top 4 is priority

A lack of Strength in depth is an eaay thing to say.... have you look at what happened at Celtic when he had injuries to key players, Kyogo, McGregor, Jota.... his squad players came in and played almost equally as good. The key about Ange is that his directions are clear. All his players say the same thing. Tony Ralston at Celtic is a great example. Celtic fans wanted him out when Ange came in, but he stayed, performed and was called up to the Scottish squad as a result of the yune Ange got out of him.. Ange gets a tune out of fringe players due to the clarity of his instructions and his ability to take responsibility for errors of players trying to do what he wants them to do. Therefore they're brave in playing and pay better. But if you don't know Ange well enough and his teams, you'll think that a man of depth is a valid point. Ange will already have identified players to recruit in the Jan window. He'll already have plans for the end of year window. His team will get better. His recruitment will be spot on... as it always usually is.

Only 10 games players, new manager and new players that have been effective from the onset. Ange, does not focus on the position in the PL table or trophies that is for the egotist. Instead, Ange operates from a higher level and keeps focused on his vision and where we can improve week in week out. His humility is also what sets him aside from many of the Premiership managers, winning 10 games undefeated is a great start, however, there are still another 28 games remaining this season. Mind you, that is 26% of the season that has elapsed. Breaking the season into quarters and then assessing each quarter and how they have performed overall as well as on an individual basis, is possibly a strategy that could be implemented. What many people overlook is Ange's coaching career started back in 1997 and has acquired a wealth of experience and huge success, that sets him in good stead. Without any doubt, there are players that need to look elsewhere, who do not fit into Ange's style of play or are simply not committed. These same players know who they are and will either be encouraged to move on, loaned out or sit it out on the bench. Some of these players who are surplus to requirements, may choose to stay on the club's payroll, simply because they are not prepared to consider offers from other clubs that are offering them less wages or favourable terms and one of the reasons why Ange, will looking to utilise some of our academy players, who carry far less risk and have less of an impact on the clubs financial resources. Mindset is 95% of success and 5% tactics or strategy. Any hughly successsful person will agree with what i have just stated. Ange is also not that concerned about others perceptions. He stays off social media and the tabloids. P.S. All our dreams can come true if we have the courage to pursue them.” “I dream, I test my dreams against my beliefs, I dare to take risks and I execute my vision to make those dreams come true. "(Walt Disney). In other words, live from the end goal and belief you can achieve your dream. Keep impressing that image of your goal in your mind every day, Whereas, most people are creating doubts in their mind, living in hope, crippled by fear, distracted by others' opinions and then it is of no surprise why they stay stuck in the same rut. Its weird their squad has gone from looking pretty average to now looking top of the pile in 10 games. Romero,Van De Ven and Vicario look like the best central defense in the league. Both fullbacks have looked great and with the injuries to Man City midfield I would argue Bissouma, Sarr, Madison and Bentacur are probably close to the best midfield. Bissouma before suspension + Maddison are the 2 form midfielder of the league outside Rodri. The weakest point is probably the attacking 3 with only son truly world class but its not a bad attacking 3 add Tony as CF and you have genuine title contenders

You're a bit short of the mark - Spurs have beaten MU,Burnley,Liverpool,SU,Luton,Fulham and Bournemouth plus drawn with Brentford and Arsenal - top of the table with a manager that has only been coaching the team for nine games. Oh and Spurs lost arguably the best striker in the EPL to boot - now you have the correct context.

Can we win the title, yes we could, will we ,probably not. At the moment I'm just enjoying the way things are going, and the football we are playing. Sooner or later we'll lose a game (and in true Spurs fashion, it will be against one of the lower teams) and then it will be interesting to see how we bounce back, but with our manager I think we'll cope with that. One other thing I'm loving is us no getting all the flak that so often comes our way, long may that continue!

I would say YES, anything is possible in football - Form isnt always everything, neither is having a double squad of world class players - the example I use to back up my YES is - Who would have thought Leicester would win the Prem with the squad they had at the time ?? It comes down to motivation of the team, leadership and a great manager who has a great philosophy. The Right Mental Attitude is Everything.

Completely agree that if Spurs lost one of Son, Maddison, or Romero the bubble would burst as they don't have players to replace them. But isn't that true of all these teams? City losing Haaland, De Bruyne, or Rodri is the same. So is Liverpool losing Salah, VVD, or Szoboszlai. So is Arsenal losing Saliba, Rice, or Odeegard. The step down from those to their replacements is just the same - as we've already seen from City recently, and we saw from Arsenal at the end of last season.

It's funny, many seem to have forgotten the quality running through this spurs squad and its just somehow an anomaly that spurs are getting results. The front three of Son, Kulu and either Johnson, Solomon or Richarlison.. then a central mid of Bissouma, Bentancur and Maddison is elite, not to mention the quality Sarr is showing. Scroll down to the subs bench, it isn't huge but the likes of Lo Celso (wanted by Barca), Gil (hugely talented with a work ethic to match), Hojberg, Skipp, Royale etc and perhaps it's lazy to suggest this... don't forget, Spurs have money to spend when January comes in 2 months time

If they get a few more top quality players up front to replace Richarlison on the left and kulo on the right and a striker as back up for Sonny we could have a good chance at top four. These are our squad players who aren’t going to be rotated into the starting 11 and it’s not great at all: Dier Davis Royal Hojbjerg Lo Celso Skipp Perisic Rotations: Bentancur (for Sarr or Bissouma) Johnson (for richarlison) Gil (for Kulu) That’s not enough depth to win the league imo, if someone gets injured we’re terrible. We’d need a lot to go our way 😂

Yes he did - he saw Liverpool with nine men because they couldn't stay with the pace that Spurs played the game at, got tired and made clumsy challenges. Spurs also scored 2 and Liverpool would have been lucky to get away with a draw.

Sheffield time wasted causing the loss of tottenham's fast dominance. Spurs constantly looked like scoring, and they did so it wasn't a surprise neither luck they won. Also the stats show that spurs deserved the win. Liverpool decision was in the first half. No-one knows what would have happened after that. 2 mins before the offside goal, spurs should have scored if Kulu carried on running far post. So it's all what ifs. Arsenal went toe to toe against Spurs. A draw was definitely the fair result. Just remember, this team at Spurs have only been playing fully together for 9 games. Couple of them never played Prem before. It's not luck. They deserve where they are as the stats of each game shows it.

People are forgetting the main reason why Tottenham are on top of the ladder. It’s because of Kane! Kane has always been the problem for spurs. Remember when Kane wanted to go to city and spurs had to play 3 games without him? Spurs topped the league! As soon as he came in we had the worst run ever and had to sack nuno!
