Back when I was in secondary school, we studied WWI and we had the opportunity to meet some WWI French soldiers, called "les Poilus" in French. It was so interesting to speak with them and listen to their personnal stories but also really hard and sad to hear what they've been through. It really left its mark on me and even if it was more than 25 years ago, I remember this day and these amazing soldiers as if it was yesterday. Read the video description. I wouldn't exactly call this asmr, it's drenched in too much futility and emotion for me to really feel like it's something i could go to sleep to. It definitely wasn't disrespectful in any way either or a "meme asmr". I honestly think you have created a new form of cinima inspired by asmr, but much like a human isn't a chimp, this isn't asmr With that said I'd love to see more content like this. You are a fantastic roleplayer and watching you develop over the past few years has been awesome. I could really feel what it would be like to be this poor man's patient, blown apeart well beyond repair. I feel like it's important to tell stories like this in a meaningful way so as to prevent them from ever happening again. Too many people see war in a history book or movie and don't really understand the suffering war brings. I wouldn't call this a pleasant watch, but it's an important one that I can highly respect and feel like the world needs right now, especially with people rattling the sabers once again. Thanks for uploading this Jim
