Evan turned crocodile into a man but because Evan alone knew him before his transformation, Evan can essentially ruin his reputation by blabbing about his embarrassing life as a woman or just in general reveal to everyone he used to be a woman.

The new theories now is that Evan helped crocodile in the past but it involved him doing something absolutely embarrassing. Out of desperation, crocodile agreed to do it but made Evan swear never to tell anyone. We think it involved him pretending to be a newkama and that ivan may potentially have pictures as proof.
