Hello bro. Don’t take me wrong. But the room quality doesn’t look nice at all. There are many adjacent properties which have better rooms than what is shown here. I have seen this property in earlier vlogs too like its shown by Yuvraj Corbett. It looks like a commercialised resort Additionally, looks like they have constructed too many rooms adjacent to each other to get more revenue. Such peaceful places should ideally be able to provide a more personalised experience atleast for the families I still feel bad for Dhontiyal village where you can still hear loud haryanvi songs if you get a chance to visit there sometime in the evening. You can see that yourself and correct me if I am wrong

Ok. Yes the only concern is soo many rooms next to each other will disturb the peace if they are fully booked and will not be any different from Ramnagar side of Corbett. Nonetheless, the location is very beautiful and it was a nice informative vlog 😎 As I remember there is one guy on youtube with name Yuvraj Corbett who had visited this same property few months back. He is a guide in CTR

Hi there. Here is my point of view on your three concerns. At a place like this, it is assumed that you will spend most of your time outdoors. So rooms are kept simple. You also keep in mind investment/return ratio. 8 rooms are not too many. You have to hire housekeeping, cook and general help. there are other expenses too. It is very easy to comment negatively. This is not a homestay where family helps me in everything. In Dhhontiyal a gentleman from Delhi has purchased a property. I have never met him but I am told his caretaker lives there. May be he plays the load music. Dhontiyal is off the road. What took you there? Are you a local ?

@@corbettriverretreat7932 Yes I am from Delhi NCR but a regular visitor and kind of a local in that area. I know that the loud sounds of music in Dhontiyal village which I was talking about belongs to a different person who has purchased a property near Sushil Ji’s shop on the other side of the bridge and it’s not related to you Regarding my opinion on rooms quality, as I have seen on google images or this vlog, they look claustrophobic and I was just trying to convey to Roshan Ji that there are alternative options available now too in that region in same price range, mainly considering the personalised experience which one will not be getting in a place with soo many rooms and guests around. While you don’t consider a cluster of 8 rooms as too many in a small stretch of land and it’s your personal opinion, I can imagine the situation when all rooms are booked on any particular day. The more guests you will accommodate, the more noisy it would be hampering the peace and quiet forest experience there for which guests are travelling from long distance
