I disagree, my observations is that Jimin likes to be the centre of attention and in that goal can be pushy. He does tend to push the boundaries of the other members comfort zones, you often see other members especially Jungkook leaning slightly back from him, and placing barriers like his arm between them, turning his head from him, that is telling body language indicating Jungkook is not comfortable with Jimin being too close & that Jimin is encroaching on his comfort zone. The fact Jimin still continues with these actions despite obvious body language cues of the other members discomfort shows a complete lack of a more insightful nature and indicates a self centre attitude. I having worked with victims of Domestic Violence, I am very aware of signs of discomfort & the associated body language.

My guess is Taehyung chose the SDT unit to explore his talents and ability. SDT is a very challenging position not everybody will like it. We know our Taehyung loves challenge so much. He’s a very competitive just like Hungkook said that he will not let anyone beat him. The same thing as Jungkook he doesn’t want to lose. Tae can use his experience in SDT for his up coming role as an actor. Remember he said that if he will get a break to do some acting he wants to be a villain? So now it’s the time to show us some actions. Taehyung doesn’t like easy task. He wants the stricter task. I bet the deal with BH/HYBE after the military duties of Taehyung is to let him do some acting job that’s why he renew his contract. Or else I don’t think he will stay with BH/HYBE he will find the best agency that will give him more freedom to choose not to be controlled.
