Thanks for this post. Have loved the ride JLV has taken me on for some 40 years now - consistently delivers the goods - idk, dude gets a lot of hate - I know that I liked what he was doing when I was 18 and the TBirds were singing about chasing girls and partying all night long all the way through to leading a swing/jazz/blues review - I’m glad he’s matured as an artist and performer and stays the course - no wigs, pyrotechnics, girdles, and acting like a 20 year old to stay “relevant”
