Jimmy Carter was such a great human being! A true humanitarian and a man who truly loved helping people by uplifting people with his sweet wife at his side giving all he could to those who were in need.. Jimmy Carter defines what this country has been capable of ...Generosity, brotherhood of man. None of the hellish selfish behavior that has been displayed this year by those who will remain nameless as I wouldn't want to tarnish this night of remembrance of what America is all about when supported by people who have your back and aren't in the business of gleefully watching others suffer. I will miss him. He was the man! Not a Grotesque billionaire!

No mention of the failed military operation (Eagle Claw) that he ordered in April 1980 to force the release of the hostages in Iran 🇮🇷. Huey helos crashed in the desert and 8 servicemen died with many others injured. Total embarrassment for the USA
@bodidley50155 күн бұрын

@@neinlives9424 I bet you don’t know he graduated from US Naval Academy in 1946. That class was actually supposed to graduate in 1947 but they had accelerated the program to provide officers for WW2 not knowing how long the conflict might take. He had plenty of stomach for being a leader. He was a submariner when Rickover was running the navy’s nuke program. Like most good leaders he wasn’t much of a politician. He retained one thing most seem to discard when entering politics. He was a man of integrity. He got dealt a pretty shitty hand in the 70s.
