I as well was brought here by the greatest eulogy I've ever heard from a Grandson to his PawPaw. I could listen to Jason speak all day and not be bored. I personally, would love to Jason run for President. I don't know if that something he has thought about but, He would make a damn good one. No lies, No Fraud and NOT a Criminal like what we are about to have in the next 4 years. God Bless Us!

Greetings from Canada. I was drawn here also by the wonderful eulogy Jason gave for his grandfather, and also for being the spokesperson on behalf of the family during the time Jimmy Carter was in hospice. Jason is great speaker, and has inherited the best of his grandfather. My condolences, to him and the entire Carter family.

My grandmother was born in 1900 in Richland Ga , Bobby Carter , my dad's mom and he like his siblings all born in Richland . My dad like our cousin Jimmy , both born in Oct in 1924 . Cousin Jimmy took year and half to organize a large family reunion in Plains in May 1998 , and challenged at his church on the day 3 to live a life that is beyond ourselves , for others . Transcendent . And Jason shows it like his grandfather , my cousin .

I can not tell you how impressed I am with Jason Carter's eulogy of his grandfather, the late Jimmy Carter. I graduated from Georgia Southwestern College in 1969 at the time Chip and Jack were fellow classmates. Having been a former member of Circle K Internatioal which was the collegiate branch of the Kiwanis Club of GSW, I well remember seeing Jimmy Carter at Kiwanis every month. Little did I realize that I was looking at our future President . To sum up my comments, I feel so fortunate being an Alumni of GSW and to have known much about the Carter family. Looking toward the future of our great nation, I sincerely hope that Jason Carter maintains sincere consideration for entering into the political race for the Presidency. Our country could only benefit from the wonderful character and intellect that Jason possesses.

I would like to take this opportunity to publicly apologize to President Carter, Mrs. Carter and the Carter family, for my chosen ignorance all of these years. I'm 69 and was alive during all of President Carter's political life. I never lived in Georgia or Washington D.C. or I certainly would have known more about this extraordinary man decades ago. I regret to say I chose to jump on the "Jimmy Carter was the most horrible President the U.S. has ever had" bandwagon, in others words I was "WOKE" before that word was invented. I regretfully listened to the media and took it for the truth, instead of researching the lies I was being told!!! I have learned that lesson the hard way and have since grown up to be a better human being in that area of my life. President Carter was a better person than I will EVER be in this life. I sincerely and humbly apologize to President Carter and the Carter family. Patty R. American citizen. ✝️🙏🕊️ 🇺🇸 ❤️🤍💙 My condolences to the Carter family for the loss of their most Christ like Pawpaw, a humble servant of the living God, the Creator and His Son, Jesus, the Savior.

❤ I am glad for you, you sound like someone who is growing and learning. I say that because I am 71 and still learning and trying to understand, people in particular. Just keep pursuing the truth about people and if their intentions are, first and foremost about others.❤ Also, "woke" is about being aware and paying close attention. It broke my heart all these years hearing or reading people trash this incredible man. Even my father a year older who grew up 53 miles from Plains was unkind and joked about him. It was always clear how amazing he was,, and I hope you get a chance to read some of his books❤ take care and be happy❤

This homage, was so heartfelt and excellent in its delivery that it can be a 'commencement' speech to anyone who dared to listen and to ponder upon its content, to not just humbly absorb it, but further, realise that whatever opportunity of a new beginning we are faced with, deserves for anyone of us, to push our ego aside, and see that we fill whatever mission we may be 'sworn in' to accomplish, with our full dedication to see that we excel not just for ourselves, but for the greatness our tasks may be, reaching the pinnacle of ourselves, to serve all, remaining humble, for the greater good. Thank You!. Jean-Louis G, Gheysens

I remember when Jimmy Carter was president. I was impressed that he taught Sunday school and he brought the leaders of Israel and Egypt together. And I voted for his reelection. We have never in my lifetime, and I am 70 had a genuinely Christian leader in the White House before. We have had leaders with some Christian characteristics, but never anyone totally sold out for God. As I listened to his grandson speak at both of his grandparents funerals, I think, this country has devolved to a place where we have chosen Trump over even someone with Christian characteristics. And I wonder just how low we will go from here.

Interesting to hear the "clicks' sounds from Jason. But "click" sounds are in isiXhosa. There is another language with "click" sounds and it it Sesotho. The descriptions about apartheid determining where to live, what to learn and what job do are correct. Condolences to the Carter Family and relations across the globe.
