I never really appreciated the skills of a makeup artist until I saw the 555 video. The lightning scars down his cheeks and the rising of the evil sun in his eyes and how perfectly everything meshed together.

I hadn't heard anything from Jimmy since the early 2000s, but when it came out I was stuck. I immediately couldn't stop watching it over and over, which never really happens to me, but the tune, words and video just got me completely overwhelmed with emotion. I still don't know to this day why it hit me so hard, and I still listen on repeat from time to time but now when I listen I'm less in my feelings. I guess I've changed a lot over the last years, which is great, but I do fear for all the art that is dear to me and how I will feel about it over time, as I'm becoming less and less "sad and depressed". Hah!
