Jimmy Eat World was a band that was AFTER my time! I was introduced to them around 2000 by a young band that I was recording in my studio in Atlanta. I really dug J.E.W., but it wasn't until the Damage record that I really LATCHED ON! And now I've listed to them more than any other band over the last 7 years. I've been blown away by the song writing, arranging, production....all of it! Simply my favorite band in the world, neck n neck with Toto. And that's some pretty amazing company for Jimmy to be in. THANK YOU GUYS for sharing your amazing gift with the world.

Jim is the master of the acoustic taster setlist! These stripped down versions are a revelation: I knew you guys were artists in every sense of the word, but I'm revelling in every little nuance of vocals and chord progressions that have sometimes gone unnoticed on the originals. The outro to FMTIH was pure filth. Can't wait for more empty room gigs!
