"Shadow", a metaphorical journey of loss, will be the first song to be released from the Aching World:
EP.
Twenty year old Jimmy Levy's gritty yet elegant vocals and hauntingly passionate lyrics speak directly to
your soul, diving into the darkness while synchronously finding the light.
Currently working on his debut EP Jimmy reflects on the adversity of the broken people. While exploring
the consequences of substance abuse, mental illness, heartache and despair, through his writing, he
captures in his thought provoking EP, the essence of our Aching World.
Growing up in South Florida Jimmy began his artistic journey painting and writing at the age of five. It
wasn’t until a homework assignment in fourth grade choir that he accidently discovered his vocal ability
while singing, "I Have a Dream" by Abba. He channeled his new-found passion for singing participating in
both musical theater and chorus. He began to share his talent online, ultimately going viral, yet painfully
experiencing cyber-bullying, do to his "non-cookie-cutter appearance". Caustic words led to eating
disorders and depression but Jimmy persevered using his music to heal and grow.
His first major performance was a duet with the legendary Phoebe Snow singing "Poetry Man". Jimmy
was a finalist on the first season of KZbin's Best Cover Ever, hosted by Ludicrous and Ryan Seacrest
after his cover was discovered by international recording artist Bebe Rexha. He recently performed
"Heart on Your Sleeve" his personal tribute to the Parkland Shooting Victims, at the March for Our Lives
Rally.

There is a way out - call on the name of Yeshua. - Long story short- he was tempted and about to sign the contract, join the millionaire club and do what “they” say, sing what “they” write, and of course see how far you will go down the devils hole. Thru His grace and mercy and divine calling on his life to serve God, be seen by many but not thru desire of fame but a desire to see this generation set free from the web of darkness that has ensnared so many and seems to be perpetually moving forward without much resistance. Jimmy is one of those called out of darkness to first cut the generational curses from his own bloodline and then help cut the evil curses off an entire generation . God has anointed him to see the youth set free as many youth will be drawn to his singing and swagger but they will soon be surprised to find out just How real God is. Kids will come to know Yeshua as their lord and savior. Also there’s a special anointing on jimmy’s voice. Every so often in time there’s a unique voice that emerges and touches a generation, like Lionel Richie, (kinda hate to say it but it’s relevant) Ed Sheeran lol, M Jackson , Sam kinison. However , jimmy has been appointed and anointed for strategic time as this and one of the amazing anointing on his voice is that his voice/singing will thin the veil between heaven and earth and allow many that have been blinded in darkness with deaf spirits (deaf to the gospel) basically what I’m saying is jimmy’s concerts will become open portals of Gods Glory where many if not entire arenas stadiums will experience the Glory and presence of God. Many salvations , like an army of God rising up. This is not grandiose thinking but a real and accurate testimony of things to come . Let’s see how this ages before you comment negatively. As famous and powerful these woman are, with favor and power to provoke belief and the reality that there is more than meets the natural eye, there is a powerful calling on your mom and grandma that would never divert in its magnitude as it feeds from the tree of knowledge of good and evil. There is no threat to the enemies camp when food is served from this tree, but when we eat from the tree of life, when you serve they food, noting can stand in your way. Think about it , the enemy took the “love” anointing , talent, and gift and just moved it a few degrees over, just enough to keep Yeshua out of sight, but never deviating from the realm of the calling to bless marriage and ultimately point to the marriage of man and their savior. You see that only is allowed for so long before Abba God steps in and stops the devils interference and He will redeem the time and restore many souls - more souls than those that have been deceived- you will see more souls come to the kingdom . Stay humble my friend, but even so God has a way of keeping you humble. I believe you would not even be able to stop or mess up this calling and your destiny scroll will be fulfilled no matter what..as you grow in God and go thru your transformation in your new creation sonship, Renember He is the author and finisher of your faith. And those things would never bring you the peace of mind you were looking for. You will find peace in the presence of your Messiah and in doing the righteous works (your destiny scroll) He has written for you, and you agreed to before you came to earth. My grandmother passed away last week. This is the first song I hear and chose to click ever since. My grandma was my shadow who never left me and accompanied me through good or bad, sunny or rainy days. I miss her so much. She's simply in a better place to be able to watch over you and keep you protected.. she visits you in your dreams and tries to let you know she's there by moving certain objects and putting them in places that she hopes will get your attention.. she says try to pay attention to what you notice happening around you when you're missing her, suddenly think of her or something happens that reminds you of her.. I'm not exactly sure why she's showing me an image of a small bird on a fence and a pretty little patch of flowers(wildflowers I think) but she says you will understand what they mean.. Jimmy you are so INCREDIBLY TALENTED!! This is truly one of THE most beautiful, heartfelt, and touching songs I've ever heard. In. My. Life. It resonates with me so much I asked myself if I may have somehow inspired it, aha. I have listened to it over and over - I can't stop listening to it - and every word rings true and moves me so beyond words . . . It is my new favorite song (Thank You, Next was) it's so beautiful & deeply personal. I just most recently went through bullying too - for the first time in my life - at the hands of what was supposed to be one my very oldest dearest friends (a mean girls thing, which ended up in me walking away from all of it). I never would have put up with it were it anyone else, but I didn't catch on to it right away b/c I adored her. The consequences are serious and can deeply wound and scar one at any age. Ironically, I prided myself on being an effective bully buster as an award-winning teacher . . God bless you, Jimmy! I love your BRILLIANT and BEAUTIFUL work!! More please!
