Hiw many goals have we conceded playing out slowly from the back? How many times when playing this style of football at walking pace have we lost posession in midfield? We are playing reactive football Jim we don't start playing until we need to. Either play at pace from the start or change tactics when it's not working. How many points do we need to lose how many games do we need to throw away. Plan B there isn't one, frustrating get it sorted sooner rather than later

Agree mate , if it was a one off it would be easier to accept , but last week we conceded early so no lesson learned there and as you say time and time again we put ourselves under huge pressure over passing and playing at too slow a tempo ...sure it was exciting , but we are out of the cup again very early on ....

I personally really enjoyed the game despite losing. They are a young team with new players being added on a weekly basis. Give them time to gel and we will be a club to beat.

Why is he smirking so much....he's just let a chance to proceed to round 2 and earn some much needed money for the Club go up in smoke. He feels sorry for the youngsters in the team but he coaches them and his barmy tactics effect the result, 2-0 down in 4 mins is disaster........

Blames the youngsters. Second goal was a cock up from the oldest player on the pitch. This is a man hopelessly out of his depth. Never takes ant responsibility for anything. Terrible tactics and ludicrous unnecessary substitutions cost Dale the game. Shocking. Just go!

Today did show the green areas, that is what they work to develop. Rome wasn't built in a day, as a young side they will make errors, Jim knows that and works on it. I believe in him and the side!
