Hello! This is my first Life series animatic, from Limited Life, featuring Jimmy Solidarity and Scott Smajor! I really liked this little interaction and so I thought it might be some fun animating practice and here we are! I really love the life series and Jimmy and Scott’s content, so I am definitely planning on animating more from this side of the mcyt community. But anyways yeah flower husbands enjoyers take this lol, hope you all like it :)

Oof, the added element of Jimmy choosing his "relationship" with Tango over his "relationship" with Scott was amazing! I forgot about the ranchers (relationship in quotes just because it feels more appropriate)

This season really feels like a reaction to the Double Life. The Watcher lore just makes it feel like everyone is remembering Double Life and going insane because of it.

He also dared to say I love you after abandoning Jimmy in last life because he didn't want to just have the same ally every season, only to ally with Cleo every season. Seriously, 3rd life, they joked about joining forces after Jimmy and bdubs die, only for Cleo and Jimmy to die, last life Cleo joins Scott and pearl as gaslight after bigb betrayed her, we all know double life, and now while they don't go out of their way to help each other, Scott letting Cleo kill him definitely means something.

@Rune double life was so interesting its essentially a teacher randomly assigning groups cause the same people always work with eachother- and yet they still somehow do or in the case of brian and scar, well, that was that im so excited to see how the finale plays out, esp with bdubs' insistance on not killing etho, and grian being tentatively a nosy neighbour the team structure has been one of the most consistent so far i feel, and yet somehow all of their past lives seem to seep into how they act and who they trust...

Like, for fanfic purposes I can accept these as headcannons but stating these as facts is just wrong because the idea is that each season there's a different conflict or they'd simply be making the same content. Him allying with Cleo in DL was because his main pairing with LaL was Pearl, and he and Cleo didn't get to spend much time together before she was killed. Just speaking in general, the pairing is fair here because they were allied for two episodes barely before Cleo was killed. Even when Scott's killing Ren at the end, he's speaking of Pearl's death to him. They made the Widowers alliance in 3L but it was never seen through. That was their connection because bdubs and Jimmy were reds that were set on causing trouble. As a result, Cleo and Scott literally had NO ONE aside from them. Remember how Jimmy burned the flag when Scott was trying to negotiate with Dogwarts peacefully? It's true that he did it for Scott, but think about it objectively for a second, no feelings involved. If bdubs and Jimmy died, who could Scott and Cleo reasonably call loyal allies? Grian would always be loyal to Scar since he owed Scar his life and was allied to him the whole season. Cleo had the crastle, but could you really say that everyone involved in that wasn't bloodthirsty and ready to kill Cleo if she didn't have Bdubs? Scott and Cleo needed insurance to make it to the end of the series. And what happened after both Cleo and Jimmy died? Scott was left alone, no source of gear except what was left on the battlefield. And on his way back to the Desert Duo, he was cornered and killed with no allies. Practically speaking, Scott needed a reliable ally to fall back on for his own sake. That didn't make him any less loyal to Jimmy. Cleo just happened to be someone they allied with in LiL. Again, for fanon purposes, you can make up what you like. But in Canon? He was indiscriminate with whi he worked with in LiL. He helped Cleo because she was literally about the lowest. Jimmy wasn't. We all know how Scott tries to let other people shine before himself in these series. He wanted to keep those he was directly allied with into the end. If Skizz had asked directly, Scott probably would've lended his time to Skizz as well. In this instance, I think you're putting too much stock into the previous Life Series. Scott let Scar kill him as well. that's because he was allied with the Clockers in general, not just Cleo. He was even on friendly terms with Ties and the Nosy Neighbours. And furthermore, he was alright with the Bad Boys and gave Jimmy a Pufferish of Peace, just as he had given Jimmy a flower every time before. Jimmy has never offered anything of the sort back to Scott in any of these lives. If you really want to make the argument that Scott is the one cutting off Jimmy, then what does that say about Jimmy's complete inaction? Anyway, all this to say, I don't think either of then are complete villains, so I don't think it's right to go on and villainise one or the other. It's both or neither.

I like Flower Husbands but like I love Team Ranchers; so I consider this a team ranchers win!! Also an observation: When Scott and tango were the last greens, Jimmy hunted Scott going and screaming desperately for the time that Martyn instead got, but when the entire server went after tango in his great escape.. jimmy didn’t do anything but spectate and didn’t even say a word until he saw bigb and asked him about judge Judy and executioner So I consider that team ranchers a win ❤❤ Amazing animatic and I love the expressions haha! The style also looks so smooth and nice to look at! Great job

A part of me is like I love animations of the block people so much because you can add so many nuances of movement and expression that makes everything hit so much harder than the original and this definitely does that, and another is just screaming internally because I have too many feelings about these characters!!!

He mentions it in the animation - if Jimmy wanted the freely given kill on him for more time, Scott wanted him to make him the last existing green first by killing Tango (Tango and Scott had both still been green) first.

Things I have to say: HOLY CRAP I love the art style When it’s portrayed like this it seems scripted (so much meaning in a simple convo) TEAM RANCHERS YEA BABY It’s justified cause Scott chose Cleo over jimmy first WATCHERS MESSING WITH THEIR MEMORIES BUT THE FLASHBACKS ARE HAPPENING and this caused jimmy to hunt down Scott when the yellows were chasing him, and stay quiet in the Tango hunt AAAA scott really went -.- (This is a literal obsession)
