At least he stood up and publicly admitted what he did wrong. Most people would not do that. I've known plenty of people that cheated on their spouse. I haven't seen any of them go on national television, own up to what they did and ask for forgiveness. I think he did the right thing. Preachers are human beings like anyone else. They are just as susceptible to temptation as any other man. We all sin, and we can all repent and be forgiven.

He didn't have one nice thing to say about the band. A band that, albeit in a different type of ministry, is trying to do the same thing that Jimmy was/ is. Bringing the gospel of the Good News of Jesus Christ to the world! It's now the year 2024, and after a few hiccups Stryper is still spreading the Good News! And Jimmy is stil preaching, evidently!
